Strategy247.ai provides AI-powered business readiness assessments, personalized AI-generated reports, and an assessment builder platform that allows consultants and service professionals to create their own AI-powered lead generation funnels.
Our services include a free AI Readiness Assessment available to all visitors, a SaaS platform for consultants to build their own assessments (Starter and Growth plans), and done-with-you consulting engagements. Service features and availability may change over time.
To access the Assessment Builder and related features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate. You may not use another person's account without permission. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation, transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam, impersonate any person or entity, or interfere with the proper operation of our services.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, reverse engineer or decompile any software used in our services, or use our services to develop a competing product or service.
The Strategy247.ai platform, including its design, code, content, and AI assessment frameworks, is owned by Strategy247.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.
Content you create using our Assessment Builder — including your custom questions, engagement descriptions, and AI prompts — remains your intellectual property. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide our services to you.
Our services use artificial intelligence to generate personalized reports and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or technical advice.
The recommendations in your report are based on your assessment responses and general AI capabilities. Results may vary and should be evaluated in the context of your specific business situation. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.
Subscribers to our Starter or Growth plans agree to use the platform solely for legitimate business lead generation purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, including email and data privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
If your payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment information. After the grace period, your account may be downgraded to a free tier until payment is resolved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategy247.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content, assessments, or recommendations provided through our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, or any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where practical.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
